Joyce Lynn Hobbs

Joyce Lynn Hobbs, 84, of Bridge City, Texas, passed away on Friday, April 7, 2023, at Landon Ridge Assisted Living in Sugarland, Texas.

Funeral services will be Friday, April 14, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.

A burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 14, 2023, at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.

Joyce was born in Hickory, Mississippi, on December 24, 1938, to Cratus Stokley Lawson and Mildred White-Lawson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Hobbs; and her daughter, Chanie Broussard; sister, Wanda Dulin.

She is survived by her daughter, Toni Kennedy and husband Joel of Missouri City, TX; grandchildren, Amber Smith, Haley Kennedy, and Kade Kennedy; great-grandchildren, Kaine, Jakeb, and Emma.
