Joyce Broussard Marks Joyce Broussard Marks, 67, of Port Neches, Texas died Monday, December 2, 103 at Oak Grove Nursing Home in Groves, Texas. Joyce was born September 13, 1946 in Nixon, Texas to Lloyd Broussard and Charline Caraway Broussard. She was a lifelong area resident and a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches. Joyce retired from PN-G ISD where she was head cook in the High School cafeteria. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 6, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with Deacon Ivan Watson officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Whitney Marks. Surviving relatives include her daughters, Tammy Wilson and husband Jeff of Port Neches, Texas; Mia Dornan and husband Russell of Port Neches, Texas; sisters, Rita Delome of Orange, Texas; Vivian Fischer of Groves, Texas; grandchildren, Nina Marks, Megan Dornan, Justin Dornan, Lauran Wilson, and Britney Wilson and 2 great grandchildren.

Joyce was my brother's mother in law...she welcomed me with open arms every time I would come to Texas to see them...what a cook...she would cook the tastiest food! I got to see Joyce on Thanksgiving when I was there....I will miss you greatly my friend, my family.
