Joyce Staton Saba, 91, passed Saturday, February 2, 2019. Joyce was born June 30, 1927 in Road Fork, Kentucky to the late Perry Asa Staton and Dorthy Ratliff Staton. Joyce was a homemaker and active in her community. She was a member of the Garden Club, the Department Club, Historical Society, Texas Artist Museum, and an active member of the Cancer Society.
Joyce is survived by her daughter, Sara Wallace and her husband David of Port Neches; her son, Gus Saba of Port Arthur; her grandchild, Carson Wallace; also three sisters, and two brothers.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland.
