Juan Segeada, 65, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas.

Juan was born August 11, 1955 in Port Arthur, Texas to Joe Segeada and Sara Escobar. He was a lifelong Port Arthur resident and member of the Catholic faith.

Juan was employed by the City of Port Arthur in the Parks and Recreation Department.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Joe Segeada, and sister, Amelia Segeada.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years Mary Segeada of Port Arthur; daughters, Sonia Delafuente and her husband Alex of Port Arthur, Linda Renee Ivy and husband Preston of Groves, and Alicia Lulu Turner and husband Bob of Port Arthur; son, Juan Segeada, Jr. and wife Mindy of Pearland; sister, Markie Esqueda of Pensacola, FL; thirteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Juan was a diehard Dallas Cowboy fan. He was very active in his children, grandchildren's, and great-grandchildren's activities. PoPo Juan will be truly missed by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his presence was always known.
