Juanita Scobee, 67 of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Saturday, July 27, 2013. Juanita was born in Church Point, Louisiana to Arlie Elkins and Rita Belle Bihm Elkins. She was an area resident for 20 years and homemaker. She was preceded in death by her son, John Thomas. Survivors include her son, Edward C. Thomas and wife, Coralee of Houston, TX; two daughters, Missy Fuller of Port Arthur, TX and Michelle Peterson and husband, Lloyd of Colorado; sister, Mary Glasspool of Florida; two brothers, Terry Elkins and Ricky Elkins both of Port Arthur, TX; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 2, 2013 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves, TX.
