Judy Daniel, 76, went to be with her Lord & Savior Saturday, March 6, 2021 at her home in Port Neches, Texas. She was born in 1944 to the late Wayne and Opal Jacobs of Center, Texas. As a child, she enjoyed teaching her younger sister, now Sherry Weldon. It’s no wonder Judy became an educator. Always competitive & a bit of a tomboy, Judy often played with her older brothers, Bruce & Don Jacobs.
She loved to laugh, play cards, watch crime shows, eat sweets, & pet her cats . Judy was married 25 years to J.R. Daniel. Their only daughter, Susan, was Judy’s primary caregiver for over 15 years. The mother daughter bond they had was inseparable. “I love you, momma!”
Many thanks to all who prayed, gave food, & loved Judy from afar during COVID 2019 & 2020. Thanks to the whole team at Altus Hospice for providing such excellent services. A very special thank you to Angie Briggs, provider of Outreach Health Services. It was the sincere and loving care Angie provided to Judy this last year that’s made her one of the family.
