Karl Arthur Robbins

Karl Arthur Robbins, 61, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2019. Karl was born December 27, 1957 in Port Arthur, Texas to Robert Eugene Robbins and Fredda Doggette Robbins. He was a lifelong resident of Groves and Port Neches area and attended Encounter Church. Karl retired after many years of service as a retail sales clerk. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Robbins. Survivors include his mother, Fredda Robbins of Port Neches; sisters, Rebecca Barker and husband Guy of Nederland, and Katherine Waedemon and husband Lance of Hemphill; numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation for family and friends will be Friday, April 26, 2019 from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.
