Karl Arthur Robbins, 61, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2019. Karl was born December 27, 1957 in Port Arthur, Texas to Robert Eugene Robbins and Fredda Doggette Robbins. He was a lifelong resident of Groves and Port Neches area and attended Encounter Church. Karl retired after many years of service as a retail sales clerk. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Robbins. Survivors include his mother, Fredda Robbins of Port Neches; sisters, Rebecca Barker and husband Guy of Nederland, and Katherine Waedemon and husband Lance of Hemphill; numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation for family and friends will be Friday, April 26, 2019 from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.

We were so sad to hear the news of Karl's passing. Our prayers and deepest sympathy are with all of Karl's family. My husband & I graduated from PN-G with Karl. He will be remembered as a kind, gentle, & caring person, with a warm smile, by those of us from the class of 1976. May God comfort each of you.

Dear Mrs. Robbins, Becky, and Kathy, I am so sorry to hear of Karl's passing . He was my best friend. We were like brothers. Karl was the bright star that Our Lord Jesus used on this earth to spread His word and love . The first day I met Karl, I knew he was so special and I was so fortunate for him to pick me as his friend. He had an incredible love for God, which gives me consolation in knowing that he is in one of the highest realms of heaven. And now we have one of the greatest to watch over us .
