Kathleen Ann Martin, 70, of Port Neches, Texas died Thursday, November 28, 2013 at her residence. Kathleen was born April 29, 1943 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Robert Busby and Elgin Staton Busby. She was a resident of Port Neches for 35 years and a member of First Baptist Church in Port Neches. She was a retired Paralegal with the Banker Phares Law Firm. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Port Neches with Dr. David Mahfouz officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Visitation for family and friends will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches. Kathleen is survived by her daughter, Emily Martin; sons, Joe Martin and wife Tracy, and Robert Martin all of Port Neches, Texas; brother, Johnny Busby of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Jared Luke Martin, Rebecca Martin, and Amy Martin.
