One of the most loved men I knew. A beloved husband, amazing father and grandpa, a loving brother, and the most fun and caring uncle and friend to many. We lost so much with your passing, but we know you gained the most beautiful set of wings and we’re greeted with the warmest hugs from Mawmaw and Pawpaw.

Ken is an amazing person. We became friends at Edison, and graduated together in 1982 from TJ. We all just reconnected for our 40th class reunion. I am so sorry for this loss. Ken and Connie were always so sweet and he was always happy and fun to hang with. You will be greatly missed by all in the class of 82. RIP my friend. My deepest sympathy and prayers to Connie, his kids and all family.

My memories go way back when there were only five LaGrappe kids. I babysat for the five for a couple of years. Our families were together back at Rose Hill when dad coached Ken’s oldest brother. LaGrappes were a strong family and with that strength they will get through this. Remember all the beautiful memories you all share together. Memories will help. Prayers and condolences to all of you. I will miss seeing you at Golden Croissant getting cookies for a meeting or whatever. Glad I saw you there and we tried to catch up in the few minutes we shared. Love you all Belinda Fernandez Gongora

I'm so thankful I got to meet Ken a couple years ago & get to know how kind, caring, funny, and loving he was. He never failed to make me feel like family when he'd come to visit Karlee and I in Austin. I will always cherish those moments & remember what an awesome father, grandfather, friend, and person he was.

I’ve known Ken from childhood growing up down the street from him. I remember playing in the neighborhood he and his siblings and me and my siblings. Years later we worked together. We had so much fun at work and laughed so much sometimes we didn’t get much done! I will miss this guy! Karen and Jan, I am so sorry for this tragedy. I love you and your family. God bless you all and comfort your souls. Mary Dorsey Moreno
