Mr. Kerry Lynn Braquet, 34, of Nederland, Texas died Saturday July 31, 2010. Kerry was born in Port Arthur, Texas on June 9, 1976 to Karl Braquet, Sr. and Phyllis Ashworth. He was a resident of the area all his life and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Nederland. Kerry worked for Bra-K Construction. Funeral services for Kerry will be held Tuesday, August 3, at 10:00 am at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend Joe Roberts officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Survivors include his wife, Daphne Braquet; two sons, Chase and Chandler Braquet; and two daughters, Breanna and Kera Braquet, all of Nederland, mother, Phyllis and Roger Fruge of Nederland, father, Keith Braquet of California, and one brother, Karl Braquet of Nederland. Kerry was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Wanda Hilton; cousin, Michael Nero; and cousin Pee Wee Simpson.
