Kevin Troy Frasier, a beloved father, grandfather, and friend, was born on June 27, 1966, in Nederland, Texas. He passed away peacefully on March 20, 2025, in Beaumont, Texas, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
Kevin was a self-employed individual who devoted much of his life to the joy of his family, especially to his grandchildren whom he adored. He took great pride in his role as a grandfather.
As a member of the Max Dart League, Kevin enjoyed the camaraderie and friendships developed through his involvement. His warm personality and genuine spirit endeared him to all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Kevin is survived by his devoted wife, Techa Ledet of Port Neches, and his children; Chelsea Hoffman of Port Neches, Kaci Netto of Port Neches, Trevor Frasier of Port Neches, Cassie Bergeron of Vidor, and Jonathan Bergeron of Nederland; grandchildren, Atticus Netto, Penelope Polfus, Paxton Polfus, Payne Polfus, Eliana Bergeron, and Emory Bergeron. Kevin's love for his dogs was equally profound, and they brought him immense happiness throughout his life. He also leaves behind loving siblings, including his sisters Krisandra Walling Zapata and Rose Reeves of Port Neches and his brother, James Walling of Port Neches. Kevin will be fondly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews whose lives he touched.
He was predeceased by his mother, Helen Simon, and his nephew, Heath Presswood.
A visitation in honor of Kevin will take place on March 31, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM, at Melancon Levingston Funeral Home, 1605 Avenue H, Nederland, Texas, 77627. A graveside service will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.
Kevin Troy Frasier will always be remembered for his loving nature, devotion to his family, and the joy he brought to those around him. His spirit will forever live on in the hearts of his loved ones.
