Kevin Wayne Kotz, 55, of Nederland, Texas passed away Friday, June 21, 2019 at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur, Texas. Kevin was born March 31, 1964 in Beaumont, Texas to Frank Wayne Kotz and Mary Donaldson Kotz. He was a self-employed Welder and a lifelong resident of this area. A visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, June 26, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches. Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mary Kotz. Surviving relatives include his sisters, Kim McKee and Jennifer Kotz; brother, Jason Kotz all of Nederland, Texas; niece, Devin McKee, nephews, Jacob Kotz, Caden McMillan, Cameron McMillan, and Karter Wayne LaBure.
