Kimberly “Kim” Ann Hoffpauir, of Beaumont, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021. Kim was born August 8, 1958 in Topeka, Kansas to Arlan Ray and Carolyn Neie. She was a member of Agape Christian Fellowship in Groves. During high school Kim was an All-Star basketball player. She was a Baseball Mom and enjoyed keeping score for each and every game. Kim loved antique shopping, interior decorating, traveling, cruising and word puzzles. On the top of her most favorite traveling places was her trips to Hawaii and Alaska. Kim spent many days sitting on the porch with her husband, watching the beautiful hummingbirds. Her passion in life was spending every moment with her family and the center of MiMi’s world were her kids and grandkids. MiMi would light up in the presence of her grandkids.
Kim is preceded in death by her mother, Carolyn Ann Crocker Neie.
Those left behind to cherish Kim’s memory are her husband of 43 years, Robert “Bob” Hoffpauir of Beaumont, Texas; sons, Kristopher Hoffpauir and Misty Adaway of Groves, Texas; Kevin Hoffpauir and his wife, Miranda of Nederland, Texas; step-daughter, Shana Jones and her husband, Will of Austin, Texas; grandchildren, Sarah Kay Hoffpauir, Gianna “Gi-Gi-“ Jones and Kimber Hoffpauir; brothers, Dennis Neie and his wife, Audry; Steve Neie and his wife, Stacy; Gary Neie and his wife, Christine; and Robert Neie and his wife, Tammy. Kim is also survived by her beloved aunt, Maryjean Nix and her husband, Charles Lee; brother-in-law, Jeffrey Hoffpauir and his wife, Lequita; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

A gathering of friends and relatives will be held Saturday, May 22, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., with the celebration of Kim’s life to begin at 2:00 p.m., at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.
