Larry Benton Moore

Larry Benton Moore, 71, of Groves, Texas passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018. Larry was born October 13, 1946 in Port Arthur, Texas to Williams Otto Moore and Virginia Benton Moore. He was a resident of Groves for the past 10 years. Larry retired as an assistant principal from the Houston ISD, and was a member of Cosmopolitan Lodge #872. Larry proudly served in the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his father, William Moore. Survivors include his mother, Virginia Benton Moore of Groves; sister, Linda Broussard of Groves; brothers, David Moore and wife Jodyth of Port Neches, Gary Moore and wife Martha of Groves. Private services conducted by family.
