Laura Mae Broussard Lange, 98, of Nederland, Texas passed on January 14, 2012 at Gulf Health Care in Port Arthur. She was born in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana on January 11, 1914 to the late Theobald Broussard and Ed Mae Bourque.Funeral services will be held at Melancon39s Funeral Home, 1605 Avenue H in Nederland on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with Father David Placette officiating. A gathering of friends and family will be held on Monday, January 16, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Howard Lange. She is survived by her son, Dr. Gerald T. Lange of Dallas, TX grandson, Brandon Lange of Fort Worth, TX granddaughter, Melinda Hallmark of Nederland, TX greatgranddaughter, Kalynn Rae Hallmark, and greatgreatgranddaughter, Savanna Rae Maxwell.
