Laura Lee Rico, 52, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Thursday, August 24, 2017 at Cypress Glen Nursing Home. Laura Lee was born August 18, 1965 in Oakland, California to Grover A. Mackenroth, Jr. and Diana Kimball Mackenroth. She was a resident of Port Arthur and member of Faith Baptist Temple. Laura Lee was a retired optical technician and certified nursing assistant. Laura Lee was preceded in death by her father, Grover Mackenroth, Jr.; and her husband, Steven Rico and second husband David Rico. Survivors include her mother, Diana Mackenroth of Port Arthur, TX; and two brothers, Mike Mackenroth of Gloucester, VA and Patrick Mackenroth of Millersburg, MI; and nephew, Josiah Mackenroth of Gloucester, VA. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Faith Baptist Temple, 1011 Bowling Avenue, Port Neches, Texas, followed by the memorial service at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Mark Humble officiating.
