Lauren Shea Perry, 42, of Nederland, Texas, passed away on March 24, 2025. Born on January 7, 1983, in Nederland, Texas, Lauren was a vibrant and loving individual who brought joy to those fortunate enough to know her.

A proud graduate of Port Neches-Groves High School, Lauren had a carefree spirit and an undeniable passion for life. She was known for her kindness, childlike pureness, and the thoughtful nature she extended to everyone around her. Lauren had an incredible laugh that could light up a room. Her sense of style was unique and funky, reflecting her individuality and creative spirit.

Lauren had an intrinsic love for music, fashion, and art, and she found joy in simple pleasures such as doing her nails. She absolutely loved the holidays, eagerly counting down to Christmas months in advance, inviting everyone to join in her excitement.

Lauren's greatest pride and joy was her beloved daughter, Gwyn Obrien, who was truly the heart and soul of her life.

She is survived by her devoted parents, Robert and Phyllis Perry; her beloved daughter, Gwyn Obrien; her sisters, Kara Perry and partner, Dayna, and Kala Stovall and husband, Brent; her cherished nieces and nephews, Harlow, Kennedy, Daisy, Lily, Lexa, and Axel; and her aunts and uncles, Jo Anna and Richard Jones, Jim and Theresa Perry, Karen and David Miller, Danny and Cathy Norris, Sandy and Dennis Howell, and Shelly and Jonathan Baughman.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, March 30, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM followed by a Celebration of Lauren's Life to begin at 2:00 PM at Melancon Levingston-Port Neches located at 2001 Nall St, Port Neches, TX 77651. 

Lauren Shea Perry will be remembered for her warm heart, her love for family, and the joy she brought into the lives of others. She will be deeply missed.
