Leon Emile Lehman, Jr., 52, of Lumberton, passed away August 19, 2014, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Beaumont, TX. He was born January 4, 1962, in Port Arthur, to Leon Emile Lehman, Sr. and Conception Moreno.

Leon worked as an equipment operator for the City of Nederland.

He is survived by father, Leon Emile Lehman, Sr. of Lumberton; mother, Conception Lehman of Port Neches; sisters, Petra Redman and husband, Reginald of Flower Mound, TX; Cynthia Hettinger and husband, Kevin of Taft, TX; brother, Anthony Lehman of Port Arthur.

He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, as well as, many close friends. He will never be forgotten by his beloved dog, Paco.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 10:00 am at St. Charles Catholic Church in Nederland, Father Badeaux, celebrant. Internment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. Visitation will be Friday, August 22, 2014, from 5-8 pm with a rosary at 6pm, at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland, TX.
