Lillian M. Evans, 92, of Beaumont, Texas died Monday, February 2, 2015 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. Lillian was born December 11, 1922 in Vinton, Louisiana to Joseph Constant Bourriague and Beulah Chauvin Bourriague. She was a resident of this area since 1923 and a member of First United Methodist Church in Port Neches. Lillian was a bookkeeper for J.D. Evans Realty. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 6, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Visitation for family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 5, 2014 at the funeral home. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Evans, son, Jerry Evans, sisters, Irene Blanchard, Dorothy Ann Carnahan, and Vivian Walker. Surviving relatives include her son, Roger A. Evans of Lumberton, Texas; sister, Juanita Wade of Joplin, Missouri, and great-grandchildren, Jillian Champagne and Jacob Hanks. Memorial contributions may be made to your charity of choice.
