Always ready to laugh, Linda was such a sweet Aunt to our son, and I couldn't have hoped for a finer sister-in-law. She had one of the biggest hearts of anyone I've ever known, and the world will be a bit more dim without her bright soul. Rest in peace, sweet lady.

There are some people in life that make your laugh a little louder and smile a little bigger. You were definitely one of those people. Going to miss that big smile of yours. Heaven is never going to be the same with you and Barney being silly together. Till we meet again.

Joe, I just received this unfortunate news and I wanted to take a moment to send our thoughts and prayers to you and the family. I remember your commitment to her and to her care. We talked many many times, and I recall even when you faced life's toughest battles she stood with you. A power couple! Surely, no person that works with a man who genuinely "loves his bride", walks away without knowing it. As a man that loves his wife I can testify, you sir, loved your wife and anyone that knew you knew it....and most importantly she knew it for sure. I do hope to see and talk to you soon. Here for you Brother! With deepest sympathy, Roderick and Sonja Bluiett

My wife Kaytie Elliott and I met Linda through the Neighborhood Watch meetings years ago and we visited often as I'd walk my pups down Linda's street, since she couldn't miss loving our pups every time she'd see them. We treasured Linda and her love of animals, whit, charm and strong civic values. Joe, we offer you and family our heartfelt condolences, your fine lady has gone way too soon. With Love, Scott & Kaytie Elliott (Griffing Park neighbors)

There are too many memories and so much laughter you brought into our lives. Always pushing to do more. Live life at full tilt. Your Geo Caching had us going on hunts in the strangest places and Dad loved it looking for longitude and latitude. Going though woods looking for all these little treasures and taking some while leaving some behind. You put one Cache on our tree out front. A good one with an old combination lock on it. You really had fun when you posted it on your page and told people to stop in and say hi to us because we were good people. Some did and we always talked to them to see where they were from and sent them on their way. Liked the young college kids. Reminded me of you so full of laughter. To say we will always miss you is a given. We are going to take the Cache down now and I will bring it in and take the little treasures left by others and place our hearts inside. Your treasure will be here and later Joe can collect and keep them safe until we all see each other again.

There was never a time at Bingo when we would see each other and give each other a great hug. Linda gave me a few costume pieces that I will always cherish.
