Linda Lou Gant

Linda Strange Gant, 67, of Groves, Texas passed away Wednesday, June 2, 2010. Linda was born July 10, 1942 in Port Arthur, Texas to William Charles Strange, Sr. and Anita Daws Strange. She was a lifelong area resident and retired from the Accounts Payable Department at Dupont-Beaumont with 30 years of service. Funeral services will be at 2:00p.m., Sunday, June 6, 2010 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Dr. Joe Worley, pastor of First Baptist Church Groves officiating and assisting will be Darla and Kyle Ross. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday evening from 5:00p.m.-8:00p.m. at the funeral home. Survivors include her daughter, Karen Gill and husband, Mike of Temecula, CA; son , Bill Ramey and wife, Rachel of Tomball, TX; brother, Butch Strange and wife, Lorena of Beaumont, TX; five grandchildren, Joey Hottendorf-Gill, Lindsay Hottendorf-Gill, Makenzie Ramey, Micah Ramey , and Jake Ramey.
