Linda Louise Goeth, 74, of Port Neches, Texas passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas. She was born on September 10, 1940 in Port Arthur to the late Sidney Adams Sanders and Sarah Louise Pace Sanders. She was a Correctional Officer, attaining the rank of Lieutenant, for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

Linda is survived by her daughters, Sally Dee Goeth of Port Neches, TX and Suzanne Horlick of Fayetteville, AR; sons, Robert O. Goeth, Jr. of AZ and Jason D. Darby of CA; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren with one great-grandchild on the way; and brothers, Phil Sanders of Phoenix, AZ and Sidney Adams Sanders, Jr. of Corpus Christi, TX. She is preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial service will be held at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.
