Lisa McCoy Gassiott

Lisa McCoy Gassiott, 54, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away on Friday, January 16, 2015 at Christus-St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. She was born on December 12, 1960 in Houston to Robert Wayne McCoy and Joyce Dell Coker McCoy. Lisa was a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Port Neches, and she also worked as a Phlebotomist in the medical field.

Lisa is survived by her sons, Steven Brown of Pennsylvania and Josh Brown of Corrigan, TX; mother, Joyce McCoy of Port Arthur, TX; and grandchildren, Lilliana Brzezinki and Katherine Herslow. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Wayne McCoy, and grandparents, Claude and Bessie Rinehart.

Graveside Services were held on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Forest Lawn Cemetery in West Orange, TX with Rev. Cliff Rucker officiating. Services were under the direction of Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland.
