Dear ones: I signed on this site whenever I heard the sad news about Lola, but I do not see it... Since your mom and mine were so close in age and we kids were close in age, we became closer and visited quite often....still remember Jim playing that horn,,,he was excellent. My 2 grand girls are in the band. 1 plays the flute and the younger one is just starting out on the clarinet--doing very well....I love it.. So sorry I was unable to attend the funeral/visitation for Lola, but John's broken hip has kept me hopping(slowly)for 2 months...We brought him home Saturday...He is able to walk with the walker and can wheel himself and transfer. We still have a long way to go,, but each day is a new day. Loved all the letters and knitted baby clothes(for Rob)you mom sent us....She was a special lady...remember the good things --should be plenty of them.,. Please, if you will---keep in touch and tell me about your families, life, etc...My love and prayers to all, your cousin, Barbara

Linda, Lola, Jeff, I am sorry about your mom. Funny thing, just yesterday, I recalled how Linda's 4 year old daughter told me to "shut your ____ mouth when I asked her about what Santa was bringing. When I said you might be "sticks" she repeated it. Linda said she got that from "Wayne". Carolyn and I still talk about it on occasion. Hope you are all doing well.

Lola was my 1st cousin but was only 5 years younger than my mother. Her children were more my age - Linda Carol and I made our 1st Communion together. Lola was a very likeable person. When she and Jeff were out of the country she would write to my mother about her experiences and her letters were very interesting. Lola lived a very long and full life but I know that Jimmy, Linda Carol, Lola and Butch will miss her. You all will be in our prayers.

To My Loving Mother: You were such a source of love in my life. We had many close years after Daddy died. I will miss the phone calls and visits and your always kind and thoughtful ways. There was no question that you loved me with all your heart. Thank you for adopting me and raising me as your own. May you have eternal love and peace as you rest with God. I love you. Jimmmy
