Lottie “Toppy” Lombardino Mougia, 80, of Nederland, Texas passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at her home in Nederland. Lottie was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late, Phillip Lombardino and Vera Herndon Lombardino on January 26, 1939.
Those left to cherish Lottie’s memory are her sister, Phillis Lombardino Greenwell of Philadelphia, PA; her nephews, Robert “Joey” Greenwell and his wife, Maria Gatti of New Orleans, Louisiana and Phillip Greenwell and his wife, Cory of Philadelphia, PA; and her niece Paulette Greenwell and her husband, Scott Measley of Philadelphia, PA.
In addition to her parents, Lottie is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Mougia; her sister, Vera Boone and her niece, Pam Palmer.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland, Texas on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. with the funeral service to begin immediately following the gathering at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, Texas.
