Louise Moreau

Mrs. Louise Moreau Louise Moreau, 91, of Groves, Texas died Friday, September 2, 2011 at Oak Grove Nursing Home. She was born August 7, 1920 in New Iberia, Louisiana to Nichol Vice and Cora Lee Comeaux Vice. Louise had lived in Groves for 70 years and was a member of St. Catherine's Catholic Church. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend Duc Duong of St. Catherine's Catholic Church officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Bridge City. A visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home with a rosary service to begin at 7:00 p.m. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilfred Moreau and her son-in-law, Erney Hunt. Louise is survived by her daughter, Melba Hunt of Groves, son, Donald Moreau and wife, Mona of Shreveport, La., brother, D. J. Vice of Lafayette, La., seven grandchildren, Johnny Hunt and wife, Mari, Shelley Briesch and husband, Keith, Jean Moreau, Jeniffer Flagg and husband, Jim, Trey Marsh, Dedra LeJune, and Kim Brown, twenty one great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, great niece, Barbara Honeycutt and husband, Lance, and great nephew, Dickie Gauthier and wife, Nell.
