Lucy Ioan Robbins, 82, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at Bonne Vie in Port Arthur, Texas.
Lucy was born February 5, 1939 in Vernal, Utah to Fred Atwood and Mary Kendall Atwood.
Lucy was a resident of this area for 60 years and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with Reverend David Hanes officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park with dedication by Counselor Erick Thomson.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, March 21, 2021 at the funeral home.
Lucy was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, James Robbins, Sr. and son, Ronald Robbins.
Surviving relatives include her daughters, Tina Kohn and husband Mel of Brady, Texas, Kristeen Hanes and husband David of Nacogdoches, Texas; sons, James Robbins of Port Arthur, Texas and Fred Robbins of Port Arthur, Texas; sisters, Kathy Harper and husband Jim of Vernal, Utah and Della Arnold and husband Bob of Roosevelt, Utah; brothers, Mac Atwood and wife Kay of Vernal, Utah, Tod Atwood and wife Cheryl of St. George, Utah, and Farley Atwood of Vernal, Utah; grandchildren, Andrew Kohn, Mary Tucker, Brittney Robbins, and D.J. Hanes.
Pallbearers will be Andrew Kohn, D.J. Hanes, Brant Tucker, Charlie Johnson, Britt Harper, and Eldon Harper.
