Margie Ferguson Margie Ferguson, 88, of Port Acres, Texas passed away Friday, November 25, 2016 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont. She was born on March 3, 1928 in Milam, Texas to George and Pearl Chambers Greer. Margie had lived in Port Acres for over 60 years and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend Jeff Bell officiating. Burial will follow at 3:00 p.m. in New Hope Cemetery in Milam, Texas. A visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Margie was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Ferguson and many siblings. She is survived by her daughter, Stacy Timmons and husband James of Fannett, TX, two sons Larry Ferguson and wife Mary Ann of Sterling, MA and Gary Ferguson of Conway, AR, sister Ruby Parr of Labelle, TX, five grandchildren, Curtis Ferguson, Mali Ferguson, Garon Ferguson, Cody Timmons and James Timmons, ten great grandchildren and one great- great grandchild.
