Marguerite Hall, 79, passed away on April 20, 2009. She was born April 28, 1929 in Madisonville, Texas to Beulah McMahan and Ruble Polk. She was a longtime resident of Port Arthur, Texas and member of the Bible Missionary Church in Port Arthur.She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, J. C. Hall as well as seven brothers and one sister.She is survived by two nieces of Nederland, Pat Patsy DesOrmeaux who had cared for her 3 years, Jessie Merriman who had previously cared for her and one nephew Jerry Polk of Beaumont as well as many other nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Although she never had children, she loved and cared for many.A special thanks to caring neighbors Clint and Adrienne Tanner for the love extended to Aunt Marguerite over the years. Thanks also to Mary Aucoin and Peaches for their help and care given to our aunt.Aunt Marguerite was a loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt, great aunt and friend. She was always dedicated to lifting everyone she knew up to the Lord in prayer. She will be greatly missed.A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, April 25 at Crossroads Fellowship Baptist Church, 2001 Peterson, 7240510 in Nederland, Texas with Rev.
