Marguerite Yvette Mouton, 82, of Groves, Texas passed away Thursday, October 14, 2010. She was born February 25, 1928 in Kaplan, Louisiana to Felician and Nolia Vincent. She was a resident of Groves for 54 years and a member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church. She retired as a bookkeeper from Western Auto in Jefferson City after many years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Joseph Mouton; and two sons, William Wayne Mouton and Russell John Mouton. Survivors include her son, Douglas Mouton and wife, Linda of Port Neches, TX; and granddaughter, Brandi Boudreaux. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 16, 2010 at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Groves with Reverend Monsignor Kenneth Greig officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday evening from 5:00p.m.-8:00p.m. with a Vigil Service to be conducted at 6:30p.m. at the funeral home.
