Neches, TX.She was born in Casper, Wyoming on February 7, 1930, and died in Pt. Arthur on December 2, 2009. She lived in Nederland since 1965 and was a homemaker, avid bridge player, accomplished seamstress and served as president of the AM Mothers Club.She is survived by husband of sixty years, Edward C. Yancey of Nederland son Wayne Gayle Van De Hoef Yancey of Tennessee daughter Jennifer Warren Batchelor of Nederland grandsons Colin Batchelor and Jeremy Batchelor, both of Nederland Sean Joy Yancey of Tennessee granddaughter Tonya Michael Iturri of Tennessee and five great grand children.In lieu of flowers, contributions to Trinity Presbyterian Church or the charity of your choice.
