Marion A. Hughes, 91, of Nederland, Texas passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at Village Creek Rehabilitation Center. Marion was born October 15, 1924 in Repton, Alabama to Henry Fletcher Adams and Ruby Vernon Adams. She was an area resident for 64 years and member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. She was a secretary for Market Basket and retired after 25 years of service. Survivors include her son, John R. Crowe and his girlfriend Mary DiBello of Lumberton; three grandchildren, John D. Crowe, Chris Gillespie and wife Natalie, and Garland Gillespie; nine step-children, nineteen step-grandchildren, twenty step-great grandchildren. A visitation for family and friends will be Friday, April 8, 2016 from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Greenlawn Memorial Park with Reverend Francis Schroeder officiating. Friends wishing to make memorial contributions may send them to the Ed and Marion Hughes Library.

John so sorry for your loss. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Aunt Marion and your dad. I know that she is with my granny and her sisters in heaven. What a day it will be when we all meet again. Mom has memories of you and your family that she will cherish forever.
