Uncle Mike always had a BBQ when my family came to visit, and I have a lot of good childhood memories of those times with the Hlavinkas and the rest of my cousins. He was a sweet uncle and now he is with Aunt Mary Vivian. Rest in peace, Uncle Mike. Love, Cindy

It was a blessing, an honor and a true delightful experience to have been able to sit with Mr. Hiavinka . He was a joy to be with and we spent lots of time talking about the good old days in Port Arthur. Places like Leo and Willies. He spoke a lot about his family and how much he loved each of you. He told me stories about the beach. We watched lots of Andy Griffith, Bonanza, Gunsmoke and Rawhide. Oh and let's don't forget news at noon. Thanks to all of you for sharing him with me.

Please accept my condolences. May you find comfort in the fond memories of your loved family member. The Bible also offers words of comfort during times of bereavement. 2 Corinthians 1:3, 4 states God will comfort us in all our trials.
