Mrs. Hammond always had a friendly smile and a big heart! I remember seeing her in the stands at all of our TJ baseball games! Win or lose she would always have an encouraging message, even if you went 0-4 and made two errors! (PN-G game, 1976!) She raised 4 boys who all turned out to be great men! To all the Hammond family and friends, please remember you have another Angel in Heaven watching over you! God is Good all the time, all the time God is Good! PEACE

My sweet Aunt Franny...such a great role model for me on how to always be a lady (with a twinkle in her eye), how to face adversity head-on with courage and to always be kind to others. How blessed were we to be loved by such an amazing woman. Love my Hammond family! Kim Giles

I'll never forget Mrs. Hammond. She was always there with a smile watching out for us knot headed boys growing up. I'll always remember that fingernails on a chalkboard wake up call that she used to give us at the beach cabin on Saturday morning..."wake up wake up you're sleeping to long, the birdies are up & singing their song". She'll always have a special place in my heart!

Mrs. Hammond was a wonderful Christian woman,a dedicated and loving mother, grandmother, wife, sister and friend. Her smile and sweet personality are part of the memories that we will all cherish. She and her good husband John raised four men that along with their families are a legacy that she was truly proud. The Lord brought Mary Frances Land Hammond into this world to touch each of our lives in a special way, to make each of us better people and for her family-each son, each daughter-in -law ,each grandchild to carry on her love, her friendship, her beliefs that help make each of us better people, better friends, and true Christian believers. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your life and family. Kenny Stephens
