Mary Kathryn Minter, 84, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Sunday, April 30, 2017 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas. Mary Kathryn was born October 2, 1932 in Texarkana, Texas to Bruce W. Minter and Belva C. Partin Minter. She was a resident of Port Arthur for 64 years and was a retired nurse. Her work history included St. Mary Hospital and Dr. Don Duplant. Survivors include her brother, Joe Pat Minter and his wife Mary of Garland, TX; nieces, Rory Minter Fontenal, and Ginger Minter Brown; nephew, Bruce Patrick Minter; and close friends, Nancy McClain and Doris Crisp. No services. Cremation was under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home in Groves, Texas.
