MARY MYRTLE ROGERS, 96, OF PORT ARTHUR DIED SATURDAY DECEMBER 12, 2009 AT SENIOR REHABILITATION NURSING HOME IN PORT ARTHUR. MARY WAS BORN JULY 29, 1913 IN BEAUMONT, TX. TO CLAIRE AND ELLA TRAHAN. SHE WAS A HOMEMAKER AND MEMBER OF IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CATHOLIC CHURCH IN GROVES. SHE WAS ALSO A MEMBER OF THE ALTAR SOCIETY AND VOLUNTEERED AS A PINK LADY FOR PARK PLACE HOSPITAL. A MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL WILL BE HELD TUESDAY DECEMBER 15, 2009 AT 10:00 AM AT IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CATHOLIC CHURCH IN GROVES WITH REVEREND DON GOLASINSKI OFFICIATING UNDER THE DIRECTION OF LEVINGSTON FUNERAL HOME OF GROVES. BURIAL WILL FOLLLOW AT GREENLAWN MEMORIAL PARK IN GROVES. VISITATION WILL BE HELD MONDAY DECEMBER 14, 2009 FROM 5:00 P.M. UNTIL 8:00 P.M. WITH A VIGIL SERVICE AT 6:00 P.M. AT THE FUNERAL HOME.
