Mary Frances Schaver, 79, of Nederland, Texas passed away Friday June 24, 2016.

Mary was born December 31, 1936 to the late Frank Houston and Susie Elizabeth Shaw. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her son, Mark Schaver and wife Dorris of Lumberton; daughters Jackie Elkins and husband Ed of Orange, and Kimberly Schaver of Waco; ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; brothers Pete Houston and Buddy Houston; and sisters Ruby Lee Sikes, Elizabeth LoBue, and Billie Houston. She is preceded in death by her parents and her son Kyle Schaver.

There will be a gathering of family and friends Tuesday June 28, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland. Service will be held Wednesday June 29, 2016 at 10 a.m. at Melancon’s.
