Mathilde Robicheaux

Mathilde Robicheaux, 86, of Orange, Texas passed away June 2, 2019. She was born in Abbeville, Louisiana on April 8, 1933 to the late Lucas Desormeaux and Ozite Faulk Desormeaux. Mathilde was a member of St. Therese, the Little Flower of Jesus Christ Catholic Church in Port Acres.

Those left to cherish Mathilde’s memory are her husband Joseph Robicheaux of Orange; her son, Billy Robicheaux and his wife, Tammy of Orange; his daughter, Patricia Broussard and her husband, Robert of Bogata; her granddaughter, Amanda Antony and her husband, Benedict; and also by many family and friends. She will be dearly missed.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at St. Therese, the Little Flower of Jesus Christ Catholic Church in Port Acres from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m., Father Rejimon E. George celebrant. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens of Jefferson County Cemetery in Nederland.
