Matthew D. "Matt" Prince

Matthew D. "Matt" Prince, 54 of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Thursday, August 15, 2013 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas. Matt was born November 28, 1958 in Port Arthur, Texas to Irvin John Prince, Sr. and Esther Henry Prince. He was a resident of Port Arthur for 23 years. He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Manfred J. Prince; and three nephews, Karl Prince, Karl Neel and Alex David Vonfeldt. Survivors include his mother, Esther Henry Prince of Groves, TX; sister, Marjorie Barras of Morgan City, LA; brothers, I.J. "Mike" Prince, Jr. and wife, Peggy of Groves, TX, Murray J. Prince and wife Linda of Nederland, TX, Thomas "Randy" Prince and wife Kim of Port Arthur, TX; sister-in-law, Hazel Prince Webb; and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2013 from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.
