Maureen Ann Stepp, 62, of Nederland, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 in Houston, TX. Maureen was born on November 9, 1954 in Port Arthur to Patricia Placette Collins and the late Ernest Charles Collins. She was a homemaker and formerly attended St. Charles Catholic Church in Nederland.
Maureen is survived by her husband, Ronnie Stepp of Houston; daughters, Stacy Stepp and Jennifer Stepp of Houston; son, Brian Stepp of Houston; mother, Patricia Collins of Port Arthur; sister, Molly Miller of Greenville, South Carolina; brothers, Mike Collins and wife, Ann of Houston, Pat Collins and wife, Sharlene of Austin, Tom Collins and wife, Susan of Austin and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father.
There will be a gathering of family and friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland, with a celebration of her life to follow at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 2, 2017.
