Maurice Louis "Joe" Breaux, 95, of Groves, Texas passed away at his home on Friday, July 19, 2013.He was born on September 8, 1917 in New Iberia, Louisiana to Robert and Cleophus Segura Breaux.Joe had lived in Groves for 62 years and was a member of St. James Catholic Church. He served in the United States Air force and was retired as a Lt. Colonel from the Air Force Reserves.Joe retired from Fina as a supervisor. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend J. C. Coon of St. James Catholic Church officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. A visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Joe is survived by his wife, Joyce Breaux of Groves; daughter, Molly Breaux of Groves; son, Michael Breaux of Groves; two grandchildren, James Breaux and wife, Kristin of San Antonio and Ryan Breaux of Temple, two great granddaughters, Laurel Breaux and Clemmie Breaux.
