Max Babin III

Max Babin III, 75, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Thursday, March 26, 2020. He was born in Port Arthur, Texas on September 1, 1944 to the late Maxime Andrew Babin Jr. and Anabelle Concienne Babin. Max served his country in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Nederland. He was a courier for TASCO.
Those left to cherish Max’s memory are his son Eric Babin and his wife Tracy of Nebraska; his daughters, Julie Williams and her husband Stacy of Nederland and Brooke Babin of Orangefield; his sisters, Mary Denise Fitts and her husband Randy of Bridge City, Patty Choate and her husband Ricky of Magnolia, and Lori Beard and her husband Mark of Spring Branch; his brothers, Gary Babin and his wife Nanette of Bridge City, David Babin and his wife Jenny of Bridge City, Tommy Babin and his wife Darlene of Nederland, and Steven Babin and his wife Terry of Jarell; his grandchildren, Josie Babin, Erica Babin, Cade Babin, Layton Williams, Justin Williams, Mikala, Mason, Drake, and Pressley; and the mother of his children Linda Baxter. He is preceded in death by his parents.
There will be a private family service under the direction of Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland.
