Max was one of my Field Training Officers at Port Arthur PD when I first began my career at the PAPD in 1984. Max had a great sense of humor and was a definite asset to the Field Training Program for many years. You will be greatly missed Max!! John Owens, Deputy Chief of Police PAPD Retired 2020

Very sorry to hear of Max's passing. I had the honor of serving with him at the Port Arthur Police Department, but I had met him a few years prior when I worked as a mall security officer. Max was a good guy who had Old School Wisdom and a good sense of humor. Even in the short time we worked together, I learned a lot from him. Keeping his family in thoughts and prayers. RIP, Max. Godspeed!

Oh my goodness. May husband and I have been looking for Max for many years. Harry and Max were in the Coast Guard together in Sabine Pass 1971 and 1972. They were really good friends. When we got married Max was one of our grooms men. We will say prayers for Max and also for his family.
