Melva Mary Doise

Melva Mary Doise, 88 of Port Neches, Texas passed away Monday, August 6, 2012 at Cypress Glen Nursing Home. Melva was born August 7, 1923 in Welch, Louisiana to Oneal and Euphemie Chapman Ortego. She was a homemaker and longtime area resident. Survivors include her sons, Floyd Doise and wife, Linda of Brookeland, TX, Ken Doise and wife, Nancy of Port Neches, TX; five grandchildren, Allen, Darren, Michael, Jason and Mark; nine great-grandchildren, Alyse, Corren, Addison, Jaxon, Josh, Rachel, Seth, Luke, and Lexie. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 1:00p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of choice.
