Melvin R. "Fish" Ferguson, 86, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Sunday, February 2, 2014. He was a self-employed contractor and lifelong area resident. He was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran. A visitation for family and friends will be Thursday, February 6, 2014 from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.
