Michael A. Markum

Michael A. Markum, 58, of Fannett, Texas passed away Monday, September 2, 2019. Michael was born February 1, 1961 in Beaumont, Texas to Henry Dean Markum and Dorothy Moore Markum. He was a lifelong area resident and member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church of Beaumont. Michael was employed as a pipe designer for Jacobs Engineering in Beaumont. He was also a member of Kappa Kappa Psi. Survivors include his wife, Tammy Kemp Markum of Fannett; daughter, Kaylee Markum of Fannett; son, Kyle Markum and wife Chelsey of Hamshire; and granddaughter, Addison Markum. A visitation for family and friends will be Thursday, September 5, 2019 from 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 1350 N.23rd Street, Beaumont, Texas 77706. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 6, 2019 at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church with Reverend Julie Odle, CRE Pastorial Associate officiating and assisted by Reverend Sharon Gazaway. Burial will be at Haven of Rest Cemetery under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home in Groves, Texas.
