Michael "Mike" Price, a beloved son, brother, husband, stepfather, and cherished member of the community, passed away on February 19, 2024, in Houston, Texas. He was born on August 4, 1959, in Port Arthur, Texas.
Throughout his life, Mike touched the hearts of many with his kindness, generosity, and unwavering dedication. He will be remembered for his gentle spirit and the love he shared with those around him. Mike's career spanned over 46 years at PNGISD, where his hard work and passion left a lasting impact on all who knew him. His commitment to excellence was truly remarkable. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mike found immense joy in his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother Ruth Price; sisters Peggy Diane Price and Barbara Snyder; girlfriend Kathy Brent; stepdaughters Regina Brandom (and husband Jason) and Tina Davis.
He is preceded in death by his father J.D. Price, his brother Gary Dwane Price, and wife Gracie Price.
During this time of mourning, let us celebrate the wonderful memories we shared with Mike and find solace in the knowledge that his legacy of love and compassion will live on in our hearts forever.
Services to honor Mike's life will be held at Melancon-Levingston in Groves on February 22nd for visitation from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on February 23rd for the funeral service starting at 2:00 PM followed by burial at Greenlawn Cemetery in Groves.
May we find comfort in each other as we remember a remarkable individual who brought light into so many lives. Rest in peace, Mike; you will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
