1961 ∼ 2010

Michael Terryl "Mike" Rowland Our Lord Jesus Christ and His Angels and Saints welcomed Michael Terryl "Mike" Rowland, 49, of Port Neches, Texas, who passed on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at his family's home in Port Neches, TX. Visitation for family and friends will be Thursday, November 11 from 5 to 7 pm at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches. He was preceded in death by his father, Lionel Rowland. Dear Mrs. Rowland, Cheryl, and Cindy, I loved your brother and share your loss. I am so sorry that I haven't been in touch--I rarely look at facebook or e-mail so I was out of touch. Mike's last letter to everyone was so characteristic of him--strong and full of faith. I wonder why this had to happen? I love your whole family and thank you for all that you have done for me and my faith in Christ. I wish that I could be there with you. Let me know if Mike had a favorite charity that I could give to in honor of him. With love in Christ, Carmen and family (Steve, Matthew and David Fong) 2419 Noor San Antonio, TX 78248 210-408-6851

How our hearts ache for you all to have lost this precious son and brother. He was much too young, but the Lord knows what He's doing--even when we don't understand. We would be with you on Fri. but Derle has a medical test that morn. Our prayers are with you all for strength and a peace that passes all understanding. Mike is with Lionel rejoicing in the midst of the Lord's presence and is waiting for the rest of us to join them when it's our time. It was simply Mike's time and we must accept that. We love you all and will call you, Shaaron, to see how you're sharing your faith with others, even during this time. Derle & Gay
