Milton “Ray” Davis

Davis, Milton “Ray”, 89, of Port Neches, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at The Medical Center of SETX in Port Arthur.

Graveside service will be held on Monday, July 10, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. Officiating will be Reverend Phil Chamberlin.

Visitation will be held prior to the service on Monday, July 10, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches.

Ray was born in Newton, Texas, on August 30, 1933, to Marvin “Wallace” Davis and Esther Cousins Davis. He was the eldest of four children Buddy Davis, Kenneth Davis, and Donnie Davis. He enjoyed fishing and shrimping. He will be loved and missed by his family. He loved his God and passed his faith on to his children.

He was preceded in death by his wife of sixty years, Barbara J. Davis.

He is survived by his daughter, Nora Davis of Jacksonville, TX; his son, Jeff Davis of Beaumont, TX; brother, Donnie Davis.
